Love the products but not the slow reaction to my requests for help via the website. Customer service eventually reacted when I posted a message on Instagram. . . I am also still dealing with the fall-out from illegal practices used by the delivery company so unfortunately there is no way I will be reordering anytime soon.

I am very disappointed with my Trinny foundation brush - I expected it to last . I clean it regularly but all the hairs are coming out and and up all over my face when using . For the cost I didn’t expect this to happen
