I ordered a prescription required product and the product was EXPIRED. I have called and emailed and I have not received a response.

I ordered and paid for the “extra strength”, but instead I received the box with no “extra strength” mentioned on it which I believe should’ve been much cheaper. Very disappointed.

I recently purchased a small bottle of conditioner, which arrived unsealed and only partially filled. Not knowing if it had been tampered with, I refuse to use it until I could hear from customer service. I asked them what is the protocol of shipping products, i. e. , is it normal to send bottles unsealed and which look partially used. I am looking for a replacement since this seems suspicious and frankly, unhygienic. I have not heard back from them and it's been 6 days. I find this ridiculous and an indicator that this company's longevity is limited.

I can NO LONGER SHOP ONLINE, even though I’ve been your LOYAL customer for the past 11 years. and I used to easily be able to get my orders completed online and it was working perfectly fine until a few years ago. Which resulted in a few years of me not being able to shop at Apothecarie, at all. Once I finally got a hold of your customer service Rep, who explained that I cannot shop online anymore as I live in Canada so I would always have to call and ask them to process my order through the phone, WHICH IS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE FOR ME. Please do something about this issue.
