Wrong product

I have not received order.

This product was defective. The product came bursting out bottom of tube and onto my floor. So frustrated and disappointed.

Ordered, order was confirmed with an order number. Didn’t hear anything for days, called, and was told order was cancelled. Money had already been debited from my account. Called again, told I have to wait a few weeks to be refunded. No products, no feedback. Not happy on this particular order.

I have put instruction to tape the snap closure on each bottle instead they bubble wrap every single plastic bottle with the snap closure being expose. Half of the 20 bottles I ordered arrived half empty, 2 bottles empty. I am not new to this product so I know that the snap closure is poorly designed. I am just wondering whether other people experiencing the same. I just hope I could get half my money back.
