Nightlock

Received the wrong color locks, employee acted promptly to correct the mistake shipping out the correct product overnight so as to not delay my install. Disregarding the color error this product is outstanding, works as intended and easy to install...my 5th one, and would not hesitate to purchase more.

ok product. Hope to never find out how well it works. 3 star rating is because the nightlock products are made in china. I would have paid a little more if it were made in the USA. Will not recommend

Aluminum is really soft.

I haven't opened the item and installed it yet, but I find myself irritated just on principle that I paid full price and was sent a package marked as 'blemished'. That seems to me to be the type of thing you should disclose to customers and offer a discount for. I don't imagine it will affect the operation of the product, though.
