After some initial setting up troubles, the Nexgen service has been excellent.

We have been using Nexgen for the past 5 years and found them reliable and quick to solve our issues

We were offered a reasonable monthly cost package, with a assurances monthly cost increases would be adjusted out. We did not receive this adjustment service as agreed and were charged five months well above reaching nearly four times the monthly package amount by the third invoice. We continue to ask for reparation's, credits and the account adjustments mentioned at the offer meeting. We are disappointed and did not expect to be treated this way.
