Phone often has delay and will ring but the person on the other end can not hear me. Call diversion only rings once after it ha been diverted and then disconnects

we had internet issues the other day which puts our phones off. this disturbs our business as nobody can call in to us for business, not happy at all, two days out of action.

Have lots of double conversation happening when the phone rings it's not for us but we can here others having a conversation. Ver annoying

too many drop outs, little communication regarding same.

We have had outages with our phones at varipous times and for a business this size its not satisfactory
