at least you can get customer service for a Telstra product through Nexgen, saves dealing with Telstra

We had some trouble initially reconciling the bills with the quote and felt that it hadn't been explained too well at the beginning that we would be getting 2 separate invoices for equipment and data and how the account would be broken down? But after that, everything has gone well. Cheers.
