We've been with Nexgen for a few years now, and they have always been able to provide prompt resolutions to any problem.

NBN connection - 3 technicians to do the job but perhaps because NBN didnt do theirs properly. Still waiting for fax connection.

Internet very slow on weekends.

Please remove us from your email list. For what it's worth now, the service with Nexgen was always fine. Our reason for moving was price only.
