My business has been working through with NexGen support issues with our internet down speed - it seems customers can hear me clearly however my team and I still experience regular significant call degradation. Overall Pretty Good, however, after the install, any extra work is charged, so ensure you get the setup done exactly the way you think you need to avoid extra costs later.
