Can't give review of product have never received!

I never bought one. So far to expensive.

Very disappointed in the entire process. I reserved the product 3+ years ago. I have waited patiently over the years. Many times when I inquired , I received “not in office” response. Later on they replied still working things out and I was not I the initial shipment phase. Now that the product

Great unit.

Customer service was prompt and attentive. I got a lot of help but unfortunately my problem could not be resolved. I received a replacement under warranty and the new unit works great
