We are very happy with our Kapsulair. We like the small profile. It is quiet and efficient. We like using the app on our phone to control it.

Really enjoying my air conditioner.

If this is a review of the air-conditioning unit(s) I bought, it needs to be re-created. Do you REALLY want to know what I think of the BUSINESS, or the PRODUCT?? There should be a TITLE, a PHOTO, KAPSULAIR on this 'slide'. Someone ought to check the NAMES that go in the greeting: my first name is NOT Slater...... ___________ The Kapsulair unit works really well in a room bigger than most rooms in my row-house. It cannot be fit into the kind of windows I have in my living room!! (hinged at the top, open out so that I have fresh air in rainy weather). There should be some kind of study showing the optimal size space for best use of the Kapsulair unit.

Kapsul staff are amazing team. I have no issues with them being able to answer all my questions also responding back with me in a timely matter. Thank you.

I love my Kapsuls! No window unit AC is perfect, but Kapsul is hands-down the best. Relatively easy install. The units actually have handles which make picking them up very easy. Every other AC is a metal box with sharp edges - no fun to lift. I have 3 Kapsuls grouped on the app, which cover the downstairs pretty well. It’s the closest we’ll get to central air in this old house! Best of all, they look great - even from the outside. Can you get more BTU’s for less money - yes, but they’ll be a pain to install/uninstall, and you’ll have an ugly metal box sticking out of your window.
