After a bit of struggle installing the frame in my old vinyl windows, and gingerly inserting the Kapsul unit carried up the stairs in my arms (the hug), I confirm it lives up to its stated claims on cooling the room with minimal noise. We are trying out one unit this summer before we invest in more units! But so far, SO awesome!

Replaced 3 air conditioners with 3 Kapsuls and could not be happier. PROS: I can see out of the windows! The air flows up from the unit causing a rotation that cools the room quickly. To my surprise, the unit maintains the temperature setting extremely well using an "ECO" type system that never worked well in any standard air conditioner I have owned. My electric company reports weekly use and my bill dropped 9% the first week of use. When I travel the app let's me turn on units before I arrive home. CONS: the app does not work on one of my Android phones.

Like the unit, we are getting ready to buy a larger boat looks like it would work fine in the bedroom.

It looks super cool but I can't justify over $600 dollars for it. Even at half price it's a hard decision.
