Have not received

I invested in this 4 years ago and still have not received my unit. I don’t know why you think I’m a customer with experience using the unit when I never received one.

I was very worried my unit was not working; but an email to Kapsul turned me around. Simple instructions in a rapidly returned email led me through a simple process, and viola! it's working just fine.

Excellent customer service. The Kapsul Air is great.
