Great product, great company

After having my units for awhile now I think its time to give my opinion of them. I was impressed with the packaging. Even with a few small holes in both boxes neither unit was damaged. I particularly like how the window frame goes together. The measuring strip definitely helped take the guess work out of how slats to use. I did have to use some of the thin foam to make up the difference but that was no big deal. I do have to say I wasn't overly thrilled with drilling holes in my windows but it helps stabilize the unit and provides a nice safety factor. The performance of the units themselves has been very good. The noise level is a little lower than a standard window unit. I am a little disappointed in the final weight of the units but its nothing that can't be handled. The only real issue I had with the unit in the bedroom is that it occasionally disconnects from their server and shows offline thru the app. A quick unplug and it syncs back up. I've had similar issues with other cloud based apps so its nothing new to me. I've made my improvement suggestions to J.B. Hopefully, their engineers will try to figure out how to incorporate at least one, lol. Overall, I didn't go wrong in purchasing these units and my wife and I are both happy with the purchase.

The company has shown its perseverance in creating a product that is both easy to install and is energy efficient. You have kept all of your supporters in the loop with periodic updates, which, for a start up is really important to those that have invested in the theory on which the product is being developed. Pre-order supporter

I immediately placed my order a few years ago when I first found out of your development. Was very patient all these years. Now there’s a problem with allowing the pre-order clients to buy your product. You are selling it to New Clients at a higher price but the people who supported you from the beginning have to wait because you say you cannot figure out how to invite us to buy the product. The website Evite has been around for a long time I don’t know why you can’t do it that way. Or just send us an individual email to each client who has supported you from the beginning. Every time I request an updated information I’m told that you do not know how to send us an invitation to buy your product. I think that is very wrong.

What I think of the business...

I can’t really say. I have not received my product yet. I do however appreciate being updated on the trials and tribulations of the production of the product as you have been doing.
