Cool product; Service stumbles
I love my Kapsul. Quiet, well-designed, attractive and it works well. The trouble is I had to pay full price even though I pre-ordered 2 Kapsuls for a discount. Kapsul says it’s working on a problem with re-organizing its pre-order data but it’s obvious they just don’t want to honor the discounts until they’ve sold out at full price. Then there will be another delay, almost certainly. A better run company would bite the bullet and ship out the discounted preorders, many ordered years back, before the unit was even manufactured. Company PR would be way better, and they would build a loyal base. Alas.
