I am backer 424. When will I get my air conditioners

I can’t really say nothing kapsul, I seen on the web. I like it because it is small but I don’t know it performance as air conditioning. I don’t have it yet.

I ordered 2 Kapsul air conditioners through Kickstarter and they were everything I expected. The units are easy to install, low profile, efficient, quiet and are just fantastic. The units are in bedrooms so we can sleep comfortably without having the air blow directly at us. I had an issue setting up one device through bluetooth and when I reached out to support I got a quick reply (within 24 hours). Turned out it was just an app upgrade, so it was something I should have checked! I tell everyone what a great purchase these were.

Broken Unit. Replaced with zero hassles. Thanks for making it easy.

I really love this company I know they’ve had their ups and downs but when I have had a question they have been very responsive and very fair. When my unit broke they got back to me the same day and shipped me a replacement. I will likely purchase a few more of these units. I recommend them to everybody in the city!!
