Had some trouble getting my 2 2018 pre-order placed but after several emails you got the codes through and my units were delivered.

Never ordered a unit because my question as to WHEN/IF these units have actually been shipped this year was never answered.

… really hot weather yesterday, my Kapsul ran efficiently and most of all very quietly… so far love it. Installation was a bit tedious… Missing a guide book that give the technical data and cost estimates for usage

Like the fact that you have kept your customers regularly informed of your status and product improvement. Disappointed that I can not get your product in Canada yet.
