Great product! Came as advertised and exceeded expectations!

I had to make a return due to the error on my part in ordering. In the past with other companies, it was a hassle to get a RMA or be credited. The customer service rep was able to help me get the correct product and shipped it without additional charge. Today it seems as though customer service reps its a hurry along tone that was not the case here. Makes you feel like yes I will always be appreciative of their service.
