Very slow customer service!!
I placed the order on May 14th. On May 16th the order arrived damaged and I sent an email with photos. For some reason, despite seeing them all load, the photos did not get sent with the initial email.
A response asking for photos and more details was received on the 17th. I responded with the missing photos but it was received by a different customer service person. I told her she would need to see the earlier email with all of the details in it.
On May 20th I was informed that the photos had been received - almost a week had transpired at this point!!
On Thursday, May 23rd I was informed that a refund had been issued for my order. As I had requested a partial refund and she didn't tell me the amount I had no idea how to proceed with my client so I asked how much the refund was approved for.
I finally received a response from her on May 28th that it would be a "refund of $35.69 plus tax..." It took two weeks just to make a decision to refund all except the shipping?
I called the bank to check on the refund as she had said in her email, "...you must have received a refund receipt...." - they said there was nothing indicative of a refund or even a pending refund.
I will not choose this company again due to poor customer service response times!
