One word to describe the service: hassle. I needed to return an access panel door and it was a major hassle. Took multiple emails and phone calls to get a response. The refund was about a third of the price of the door. Throw the cost of the return shipping into the mix and it would have been easier to just throw the door into the trash. I will not use or recommend this company.
