Ordered on the phone, shipped out right away, received tracking confirmation email, generator was very well packaged to prevent shipping damage.

Everything was good. Shipping was fast, only thing I couldn't figure out was how to put the exhaust clamp on it would not fit over the pipe.

Generator was received on R and L trucking and was in perfect shape. Received it in only a few days after ordering and even the owner of the company answered when I had a question. Can’t speak for everyone but I had a first rate buying experience.
