Great experience with your company. Generator shipped on time and arrived safely. The shipping company, however, would not unload as requested but set it in the middle of the parking lot and left.

I first called and spoke to Scott in January, I believe. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding the Onan generator. Over the next 3+ months, I spoke to Scott a number of times. I was having the generator shipped to the manufacturer of my trailer to be installed and they did not want it in their warehouse for an extended period of time before my service appointment. In early May, I purchased the generator and it was shipped. It arrived right on time. It is now installed in my 5th wheel trailer and we are very pleased so far.
