Absolute Generators

GL14000 generator delivered sooner than expected but the block heater accessory was NOT installed prior to shipping as previously agreed to and paid extra for. Money was refunded for both the heater and it's installation and I was allowed to keep the heater. Disappointed with the mix-up but like the generator.

Hi, The actual transaction was fine. The communication with the delivery people was not good, I'd asked for a specific delivery window and they didn't accommodate and then the eventual delivery guy was unhelpful. Also, these generators have a high learning curve. You guys should present how-to videos, etc.

The ordering process was very easy. The communication between myself and the company was basically nonexistent except for me calling the company to find out if and when I would receive my generator. It was explain to me why there was a delay which was fine and I was told that I would receive information which I did but then the shipping was terrible. UPS freight called to make an appointment for delivery but never showed up until four days later with no phone call and no prior notice we were lucky we were here.

I bought to Honda 3000IS inverter generators with a 50 amp Parallel switch. Generators perfect no issues when I asked and inquired several times about getting the male adapter plug to go into the female 50 amp Parallel switch with a four prong plug on the end of the whip, they were clueless. I called several times and they were going to alway get back to me but did not. so I have these now already but cant hook up a 50 amp cord. The switch is an alliance parallel switch made for these two generators or others I am sure. They cant help me find an adapter to fit this set up.

I was told generator would be delivered sometime around noon, didn’t show up til after 5. The driver could not drive down my driveway, it is about 500 ft, said company does not allow driving on residential property. Oh well I got it down to the barn myself, thanks Kubota !
