Absolute Generators

I ordered the generator 2-4-19. So far I have received a order confirmation. I have not received any other information. Gilbert Hames

Very happy with quality, packaging and shipping. Unit arrived in 48 hous in perfect condition, and the shipping company communicated with me all the way. I've not fired it up yet as my electrician still has finishing touches to do on the xfer switchs. The unit appears to be 1st class quallity, solid and well built. I'm glad I did a lot of research prior to ordering, and feel I knew all I needed to buy the Winco unit and about Absolute's reputation. A good thing as "Russ" the sales rep must have been very new and knew nothing other than what was written in front of him. I will say he tried to be helpful, but it would have been nice to speak with someone who new the product and could have been helpful with my questions and make me feel good about my selection! Knowing what I needed, I bought anyway, and subject to operating it, would recommend both Winco and Absolute!

Generator runs great now. Took more than three weeks, I was told the battery tray was broken, it was returned broken.

Unit (a Cummins QD3200) was shipped upside down.

The shipping has been a disaster; it still hasn't arrived.
