Absolute Generators

Your stated delivery time was exceeded quite a bit

Shipping generator was delayed, no notification about the delay. Had to call twice to check on status.

It took a long time to generator and once I received it had been tipped on its side and air cleaner was full of oil took a bit of time to figure out the problem also rocker start stop switch was broken however I don't know if these things are the fault of absolute generators more likely shipping or manufacture

Very slow service but finally a stand up job getting my part to me. I would use them again though.

For the purchasing aspect you were ok but not really better for the following reasons: 1. When I spoke to your representative on the phone I was told you had the generator in stock at the listed price. When I wanted to pay the price went up because I wanted the one on which you put my name because I didn't want to wait 6 weeks to get it, I call that bait and switch which is illegal. It was your choice to do that to me. Secondly, once we paid we were in limbo as to what was happening. It took about a week to verify that payment had gone through and that the generator was shipped. If I were buying bubble gum that might be acceptable but for an item in excess of 5 grand. If I were to buy another generator I'm afraid that I'd have to say I'd rather look elsewhere before I returned to you just because I like straight shooters. Your business strategy is what it is and perhaps you might state that covid causes all of this. I would not buy that; there are deeper choices one makes and they will define you, whether it's business or otherwise.
