Received generator quickly but still waiting on backordered items

Used new generator after Hurricane Delta and it did great. Was able to keep all 4 freezers, water well and home ac running with no problems. It worked well behind my tractor. Only thing I wish it had is a cycle meter along with the volt meter.

The generator was great it came on damaged but it took 6 weeks for me to receive it I understand I was out of the normal shipping area but it seemed like it took a very long time and nobody notified me and kept me abreast of what was going on

I like the quality of the equipment. Good up front service when I placed the order, but I had a lot of trouble getting the order delivered having to call in for a status update twice. The packaging of the three-point hitch was poor and I am still waiting on the PTO Shaft (order was placed 3 months ago...)
