Would have given 5 stars but actually getting it was sketchy

Everyone to whom I spoke every time I called was all about providing great customer service. The only failing was that you told me I would get an e-mail when the generator was shipped. That was important so I could alert the installer when it would arrive so they could be sure someone was there who could fork it off the truck. But I never heard from you about it. I called to see what was up and found that it had been delivered that morning already and I was never notified that it had even been shipped. Otherwise, great service.

Delivered as scheduled. Free lift gate service was appreciated. Only complaint is that the pallet was not built very well. It was cheaply built with staples that came out. The pallet had come apart making it difficult to unload. Fortunately, the equipment was not damaged.

2 wheel kit contained the wrong length axle and had to be cut down and redrilled.
