Very impressed with the customer service , and then looked up the one we ordered for checking on the weight to prep for the delivery and noticed they were on sale. Fully anticipating the delivery. Will share more after trying it out.

Very helpful in answering my questions and helping me choose the right generator. Only complaint I have is they didn't reach out and tell me the generator I bought was on backorder and would be delayed two months.

Product was exactly as requested. Just a little slow on response time to email communications. Still highly recommend them
