I'm happy with the generator, naturally disappointed with the overall nature of the nation's supply chain, really not the fault of the vendor, but could have offered unsolicited delivery updates.

Updates for ship date were good; I had the generator by time I got notice it had shipped. No problems.

During initial start up we discovered throttle linkage was not connected. Also the ground fault breaker kept tripping when the load was added. With the help of your technician via a telephone call, we were able to work around the ground fault issue. Slightly disappointed but over all satisfied.

The HPS12000HE is a tri-fuel portable. It arrives on a double pallet with the wheel kit unassembled. Be ready with some strong help to lift this 450 lb. beast to attach the wheels. In addition, all 4 wheels are fixed, so steering this portable means lifting it on 2 wheels whenever you need to turn - NOT ideal! I'm running the unit on NG. The generator started easily and seems to work well and Absolute Generators were a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is that the wheel kit isn't pre-mounted and that none of the wheels pivot for steering. Even if the wheel brackets came pre-mounted with the user adding the axels and wheels, it would be a huge improvement...
