The ordering process was simple and smooth,if you know what you want.. Shipping and tracking is always dicey-and we haven't gotten an electrician yet, so we dont know about the operation and ultimate satisfaction with our generator. I would suggest the vendor supply local sources for maintenance and follow up personally with the buyer for feedback.0
