Arrived in a timely manner in excellent condition .

this PTO drive shaft arrived in ok condition.

service helpful product well packed and shipping reasonable.

Ordering and delivery were as expected. Battery hold down plate was missing from the battery but that would be more of an issue with Kubota quality control. Took ten minutes to manufacture one and we were off to the races.

Shipping was great. However, I tried twice to contact customer support about promos for veterans and/or public safety officers and they never replied. I purchased the item anyway but a response would have been polite.
