I have ordered a couple times, and the customer service is great. They have the parts I can’t find anywhere else. Shipping amount was outrageous, but I had to have the part I ordered so I was willing to pay it.

Communication regarding your products was very good. The product is better than expected. Our only concern was the lead time to get the generator which we understand can be difficult these days. overall a good experience.

haven't installed yet but service so far was great fast delivery
