Did not usual service, pretty sure it came ground and not air. Delayed delivery of a job to customer

Toolstoday has a great selection of CNC tooling at reasonable prices. Each tool's product description is quite detailed and most include downloadable Vectric tooling files which saves time during the CNC setup process. The site contains links to a ton of videos showing the products in use. Shipping is fast for me in Pennsylvania. My only knock was my single phone interaction for pre-sale information. The gentleman's customer service skills were flat and he seemed disinterested. I did most of the talking and received mostly yes/no responses. You only get one chance to make a great 1st impression and well...y'all can do much better in this department.

Delivery fast and nice quality

My order was split without so much as an email explaining why. I sent an email asking what had happened and got no response,So I ordered more on another site. Now I have to many of the same thing. Not satisfied at all with the customer service.

I was surprised and disappointed to find that the blades were uneven. One was over a 1/16" longer than the others, which led to it nicking the chip chute, no matter how far forward I set the blade. None were very square on the ends, but most troubling was that the cutting edges were slightly bowed. High in the middle, low on the ends. I thought maybe I was setting then up wrong, or that my jointer cutter head was warped. But laying the blades flat on top of my my table saw, edge to edge, and there is a visible gap at the ends when the middles touch. Hard to imagine how I can flatten a board with curved blades...
