Selection was good, shipping was good, Website was good, I just received the wrong item, I order 180 grit sandpaper and I received 220 grit

Among all the Festool websites and affiliate websites, this is the 1 i most use, in the past I’ve received my orders, however sometimes they had a promotion that you get a free Festool hat or t-shirt w/ purchase. That was never the case, except 1 time. I had purchased my qualifying items, n they forgot to send me my hats or t-shirts. Disappointed w/ that. This time, I purchased my item, and it was sent in a manila envelope, upon opening it, the package was crushed and my item flopping around in the envelope. Had the envelope torn, would have lost my item. Hoping that it is still ok, as I purchased my item for a job coming up, so will see if it is damaged or not. If it’s damaged, I’ll be using the other Festool ordering sites. Seems over the yrs. the quality of this site has been knocked down a couple pegs.

I ordered 2 items only 1 was shipped with no explanation on why or eta on the tool I need.

Packaging should be reinforced for tracks. Ends are subject to damage.

Product was purchased as a gift and was delivered in a box that had a picture of the product on it. Unfortunately the surprise was ruined, so gift options for delivery would be much appreciated!
