Sure! Here is a review. And if you would have told me what I was reviewing, I could even type more than this. The email said I bought a [product]. This page says I may want something similar and lists three dissimilar products. I rate festool as five-star product, but deducted two stars because reasons.

I liked your web page but it’s the product that didn’t impress me. There were no instructions and your jig saw tool didn’t fit my craftsman jig saw. Also, the pivot fastener did not stay secure to the wooden board which caused problems trying to make the perfect circle. Oh well, a lesson learned.

Ordered, paid for 3 day delivery, was informed a few days later when I called in that it wasn’t in stock. No email, no nothing. They contacted Festool and said it would be air shipped 2 day. It was shipped ground. Received it two weeks or more after initial order. It was for a job, I’m a contractor, not a DYI, it set me back quite a bit. Customer service was polite but didn’t do any follow through, even after I left a scathing message. Very disappointing. They need to fix their in stock/availability before they take your money.

Trying to find accessories for a tool is difficult as they are all lumped together (103+ and counting). For example, I lost my Torx 25 100mm bit and wanted to replace it - there were 103+ items and had to scroll/read every one until i found what I was looking for - in my initial visit to the site, I did not find it. It would be better to breakdown the accessories by tool compatible with it.
