I have found the website to be easy to navigate through, and I really appreciate all of the pictures and descriptions of the Festool products.

Took a long time to receive my part Shown as in stock when I ordered

Packaging was adequate. Unfortunately, the shipping was a bit of a mess. I provided a P.O. BOX and street address (not knowing what carrier would be chosen). However, the retailer opted to drop ship the part from the manufacturer. This would have been fine but the manufacturer only ended up with my P.O. Box and they only ship via UPS. The manufacturer didn't realize the disconnect and the package went out the door and ended up making it to within an hour of my location before somebody finally realized the problem (UPS needs a street address!). Rather then reach out to me, the manufacturer, when UPS reached out to them for guidance, provided an address they have on file for me that is different from where I'd arranged for the package to go. Luckily, I was watching the progress and was able (though not without spending more than a hour in total on the phone) to alert the retailer then the manufacturer to the problem. But the fun didn't end there. I ultimately had watch over the manufacturer to make sure they amended the delivery instructions to send the package where it was always meant to go. But, even when they assured me that all was fixed, I had to again reach out to the manufacturer when I noticed their promise that the problem had been recitifed wasn't reflected at UPS. Basically, I had to manage what should not have been my job to manage. In the end, the package, a couple of days delayed, arrived and all is now well. But a SNAFU like this should be addressed to ensure that something similar never happens to another customer (and I was a first time customer with that particular retailer).
