I ordered two Festool products. One came and the other did not. I would check the delivery and it said all was delivered. About a week later I called customer service. They could not figure out what happened. They did send it. They were good and I have no issues except there must be a glitch in filling orders and shipping. Mistakes do happen.

Still haven’t heard anything about an item on back order. The only way I get info is by calling them and it has been 2 or 3 weeks since I placed the order. Was never even told it was on back order until I called and questioned it. As of this moment, still haven’t heard anything. Everything else went well and got the other items promptly.

MX1000 with table is a very good, functional and useful design. It's portable yet durable enough for routine work on a stable platform. The wheels were a challenge to attach to the dolly-like structure. It required more force than expected to snap the axle in place. The nonverbal, graphical cartoons did not covey the amount of force required.
