ShopFestool

Shipping was very quick. Product was just as desired and described. All good.

Most all tools and accessories have been well designed and made for production and accuracy. The online shopping descriptions and set-up information is inadequate. Without the You Tube tutorials I never would have considered Festool.

Only place I could find the parts I needed. Website was easy to navigate, but the order details took a couple days, I understand not everyone can be Amazon. Parts came well packaged and in a timely manner. Less than a week. Would definitely use again. I just hope my guys don’t drop the vacuum down a staircase again...lol.

All was good

Site is to use. Just wish better communication with back orders.
