ShopFestool

Festool prices are the same everywhere, so choose to shop where the service is good. Orders shipped quickly and packaging was good.

Fast shipping. Easy transaction. Great selection.

I was very reluctant to purchase tools over the internet, I had bad experiences in the past the boxes were crushed sometime the tools were damaged, and sometime the drivers would ask me to unload the boxes. So I was very weary of doing it again, but from this site was is only safe but customer services and the delivery was so prompt that this is the only site I will order my Festool tools from, and believe me I have ordered many a tools from them and look forward to doing so again Great Service and prompt delivery and let me mention great packaging never any problems

this website is one of the better ones for Festool dealers

The site is so easy to navigate and find what I need. A few times I had questions about my purchase and, Ryan, the sales specialist was just amazing with explaining everything and sent me some youtube links and everything to get me started. Even followed up a few days later to make sure I was all set and getting good use of my Kapex. Much different from going in to a store where they read the book with you, the people from ShopFestool really know their stuff!
