£1500 worth of light weight ply delivered damaged and muddy.

Awful experience, will never use Morland again. Long delivery times, extortionate prices and delivery drivers that refuse to offload the sheet once they arrive! Not what you expect after paying around £300 incl delivery for 1 egger sheet!… AVOID

We have been using morlands for the past 3 years with no problem at all. But the start of this year they had changed there website so that now are usual order came wrong because they have put the bord thickness selection before the laminate choice so all are order come over sized 17.5mm not 15mm. We understand this is are fault but with no real promt to inform us we was only left with a little bit of green writing on the side. I only found the laminate thickness by having to search around there web page in the commonly asked questions part. When we informed morlands they weren't very helpful saying they couldn't refund us. We never wanted a full refund just a little help on the price as we had to order a large order twice. The worst of it was that we ended up after many emails getting a small discount we was told it would be with us in 10 days as they pushed us to the front. 10 days came by and still to wood order. It was a further week or so before it arrived we feel like they forgot are order as it was completed over the phone.

Goods were damaged on arrival, but as I didn't open them immediately they refused to replace them.
