delivered on the wrong date, 2 weeks late,,,,i was told the boards would be on a pallet, they were not, so i had to unload them by hand, and 3 boards were damaged, i was told the boards would be replaced, no notification to when pickup for the boards would be, then a lorry turns up without notice , and guess what iam out. boards never got replaced, i have spoken to a few other customers who have had the same problems..

J ai commandé 30 panneaux, 3 panneaux de stratifiés etait rayés. J ai fait une demande de prise en charge pour les changés. Le Sav est incompétent, je n ai pas eu de prise en charge. Je suis vraiment dessus . Je déconseille, il est préférable d acheter à un fournisseur local , plus à l ecoute avec un service Sav.
