Terrible service. Received damaged goods and nothing was done about it because I waited more than 24 hours to report I am not a shop or a business just an individual converting my van. I could not physically lift the boards on my own until I could get a family member over to help. Fair to say I will never be purchasing from morland again. The customer service were very very unhelpful.

I never received my sample

Ordered a sample and asked a couple of questions... No response on questions, and no sample arrived. Shame..

The delivery service was really disappointing. The driver was on his own so my wife had to unload the lorry with the driver. Not really acceptable considering the size, amount and weight of the furniture boards we ordered.
