All good except damaged

Site is difficult to navigate around, pages randomly not loading. I made an error on my initial order and couldn't ammend it, I had to cancel, get a refund and start agsin with the same issues of pages not loading etc

Materials turned up soaking wet!

Hi we have not had delivery of our order as yet and when tried to contact you we had no response not not very happy at moment but in the past you have been very good

Website not user friendly or clear and full of issues . Inadequate quality control of items.Disappointing customer services.Eventually poor quality items replaced with but with only slightly better quality…Discount offered and accepted but it was hard work getting the refund as staff seemed unable to work out percentages correctly.
