let down by their choice of delivery courier
like many companies they are let down by their choice of courier. TNT is their choice, im getting no detail from TNT at all, not even one single text, so i am having to phone Morland (twice now) to find out detail on if and when it will be delivered today. and thats kind of unintentionally annoying them i think. i never have these issues with DPD or even Royal Mail 48. now at 8.15am just had a call back from Morland to say TNT confirm its out for delivery but unfortunately TNT give no time slot, so thats the whole day possibly waiting in for a delivery that could come at … 4pm? poor.
