Beautiful product and the packaging was well-done for safe delivery!

After having a fireplace installed, found that the convective heating cutouts in the chase were of a custom size. I found Reggio Registers online and looked into their custom register options and configurations. I opted to "chat" with a customer service rep who was very very helpful in choosing the correct size, fit, and color we needed to order. I opted to call in the order which was also very easy and painless. The order will be arriving today, I am excited to see how they look!
