Everything was great on the website and the quickness to send my order, but I tried calling and entering a request for a custom size, and I haven't heard back in a few days so far.

Really easy to get what I needed. The woman I spoke with was lovely!

The people at Reggio were great to work with. The woman on the phone was fun and knowledgeable. The woman who sent out the emails as well. The register was well-crafted. I swear it could support an elephant. This is not big box home improvement stuff from China. It is well made here in America. Not cheap but well worth it.

In addition to my order, I submitted a quote request for a custom register. Within an hour, I had a quote and worked with Paige to complete the order. A++ customer service.
