The USPS lost the order. I e-mailed Redstag and got a response from Alan Hoffman in customer service and he apologized and sent a replacement and I received it today. That was great customer service. I will recommend Redstag.

Had these shipped to me after acquiring a great deal on the product. First shipment somehow got lost in transit caused by the storm probably(big Nor-Easter storm) , Red Stag Supplies had it fixed within 24 hours after I sent an inquiry email and had a new one shipped in a timely manner. Will be repeat customer.
