Works perfectly. GE seems to want to get you to pay for the ones with the chip in them. These were what came with mine without a chip so I’m glad this was available. The QR code on my refrigerator pulls up a manual saying that the more expensive version is required so perhaps mine is a slightly older model which doesn’t need it. Unsure, but once again RedStag has what I need at the best price. Check your original filter if you have it. You may not need the version with the chip.

After searching for ever I finally found the right filter. Most of it, if not, all others on the internet are fakes and don't fit. THIS ONE DOES! and for a great price. I will order ALL of my LG filters here from now on. Thank You Red Stag.
