Ordered my annual filter replacement and did not receive any communications that the supplier was out of stock until I reached out a month after I ordered. It was only then customer service let me know that the filter was back ordered for another month.

This is advertised for cigar smokers and removing smoke. It doesn't remove smoke. It removes the odor of smoke.

The order shows it was delivered; however, the product was never received. I am still waiting for the product.
