Freezes up completely doesn’t work well at all

did not sent the correct number of filters for my reverse osmosis system, even though I provided them with a photo of my unit and called them on the phone when ordering and asked them to consult the photo I took. They sent me two when I needed four, so they missed out on sales and then my handyman had to go to Home Depot to buy the other two I needed. What a frustrating experience I had with this company.

Very loud also sounds like a bug zapper. Would not get again spent a ton of money and we let it off cause it’s so loud
